All the staff were good and very friendly. I was left a car that I didn't even know how to start. One of the guys I was dealing with returned from holiday and phoned me and said he would send me a short BMW video on haw everything worked.

Ben was amazing, but all the the ladies at the front desk do not great me when i walked in. The was an older lady who I spoke with on my second visit who was polite and helpful when I came to see Ben.

Poor response times to emails. Wrong registration used throughout and only came to light when V5 issued by DVLA. Surely, you should have systems to avoid this! I was driving a car illegally and uninsured. I had to add air to one tyre when I got home.

I was notified as to when my car was being seen by a technician and to when it was ready for pick up. I didn't receive a report electronically but did receive a paper based one upon picking my car up.

Went in for a simple MOT and the technician failed my car due to him not finding the seat bucket. After a second look he found it and passed. However the damage has already been made to my BMW Service history, totally unprofessional.

Very happy with the service. One tiny niggle though on the last two occasions I've booked my X4 in for a service I've been offered a complementary wash which I gratefully accepted. On neither occasion was this done.

Fobbed off over X5 50e slow charge. Diagnosed myself at home concluded faulty charge cable was overheating could of had a fire! Inflated rear tyre to 30% less than other rear so we had 40 mile drive home with tyre pressure warning. Valet pack scam

I have no issue with the service itself, other than the fact my phone was no longer paired to my car and the simplest of procedures took an age to correct as the car wouldn't recognise my phone.

No acknowledgement when sat at servicing. Heard staff complaining they were treading water and too busy. Couldn't find paperwork. Marked my legal 3.2m tread road tyres no damage or bulge as red on health report. Didn't update service on I drive.

Had a car evaluation then got a warning sign for transmission oil change, then got 2 separate invoices for the same job, of course was charged the higher invoice, the video only showed a tyre check and under grill, so I've paid over £300 for a tyre

The issue with my car has not been resolved, It shakes when engine is on and stationary every time yet no issue was found and i was not happy to find that having bought the car from you in the last few weeks that it needs 3 new tyres

As noted briefly above, and that's only part of the story, I was left to pay £277 for a battery fault that I strongly feel should have been covered by either, BMW new car, used car or Battery warranties. As a result, I won't renew any warranties.
